Design & Build
Maze has an extensive in-house design facility that covers the MEPH fully coordinated services design process utilising 3 D technology . The teams work seamlessly together from the outset to develop and produce a cost-effective solution which in turn allows our client the chance to make informed decisions on design and cost at an early stage.
Commissioning
This is an essential quality assurance process where our experienced engineers’ carryout a wide range of mechanical services commissioning including ventilation balancing, air change rates, air tightness testing, LTHW and chilled water balancing and seasonal commissioning. In addition, we provide a full range of electrical services commissioning activities including lighting control / emergency lighting, security, fire alarm and emergency backup systems. Upon completion of the individual testing activities an integrated system test is carried out for the building and demonstrated to the client's team.
Project Management
Working as a multi-disciplinary team we work collaboratively with the clients professional team, and contracting team to facilitate the delivery of our projects within a timely and efficient manner. Working closely with the wider project team enables seamless coordination and management across all services.
Maintenance
Our expert validation team can undertake surveys to provide comprehensive and detailed validation surveys that record performance, condition and capacity of plant, equipment, and systems; informing design, helping manage risk and prioritise repair works.
Commercial
Our mechanical and electrical services can meet the needs of any commercial new build, expansion, repair or renovation. Our trusted team have the skills and expertise to service a wide range of commercial markets, supplying and working with businesses on bespoke builds.
